Why FirmForte

Six reasons to pick us. Four reasons we'll pick you.

FirmForte is a small team that builds and grows websites for law firms — with the price on the page, the code in your name, and no year-long contract to sign. Here's who does the work, how we work, and the kinds of work we turn down.

Who does the work

Four people. No account layer.

The person who answers your email is the person doing the work. No handoffs, no discovery-call theater, and nobody here is an account manager relaying messages to someone you never meet. Every card below links out, because a role you can't check is just a word. We're remote-first; the fastest ways to reach us are [email protected] and LinkedIn.

Why pick us

Six things we do differently.

None of these is hard. They're just choices we made on purpose, and stuck to. Here's each one, and why it matters to a firm deciding who to hire.

01

AI search is part of the architecture, not an add-on

More clients now start a search in ChatGPT, Perplexity, or a Google AI Overview before they ever click a blue link. We structure content, entities, internal links, and schema so a firm can be understood across both traditional search and AI-driven search — built in from the first draft, not "AEO" stickered on at the end. The schema is hygiene that makes good content legible; the content is what earns the citation. Run the free check before hiring anyone, including us.

02

Pricing on the page

We won't say "transparent pricing" and then hide the number behind a discovery call. Every tier and every monthly figure sits on the pricing page. You can compare us against three competitors in five minutes. If our number's wrong for you, you know it without sitting through a call.

03

Three weeks, not three months

Industry standard is 12 to 16 weeks. Most of that is agency slack, not work. We treat builds like manufacturing. Kickoff to launch in 21 days, same schedule, same scope, same ship date, every firm, every time. We hit it because we run a tight production line, not a heroic dash at the end.

04

Bar-aware from the first draft

We review website copy and claims against applicable attorney-advertising rules, including ABA Model Rule 7.1 and relevant state rules — flagging problematic claims and avoiding guarantees, misleading comparisons, and unsupported outcome statements. Most agencies hand you the copy and leave this as your problem. We build it in. The attorney remains responsible for final legal and ethics review.

05

You own your site, top to bottom

WordPress, with your choice of editor (Divi, Elementor, or the WordPress block editor). Fully exportable. Any developer can pick it up. No proprietary CMS, no branded "dashboard" subscription, no "we keep the source code" arrangement that quietly turns a one-time build into rent. If we ever fall short, you can leave with everything.

06

Cancel after month 3

Most legal agencies want a 12-month contract before they'll start. We don't. Launch is a one-time build with no commitment. The Launch + Grow and Multi-Attorney retainers you can cancel after month 3, no clawback (see what's in each plan). If our work is bringing in cases, you'll stay. If it isn't, we don't deserve the money. Auto-renew is opt-in, not buried in clause 14.

What we won't do

Four kinds of work we turn down.

This list is shorter than what we offer, but it tells you more about the shop. Every "no" is a "yes" we chose against.

01

Cases we can't fix

If your firm's biggest problem is something a website won't solve, like bad reviews or chronic intake delays, we'll tell you and point you at the fix instead of taking the build. A pretty site won't outrun a broken funnel.

02

Guarantees we can't keep

No "front page of Google in 60 days" promises. No "ChatGPT citation guaranteed" pitches. We don't make promises that search engines or AI systems control. We guarantee the work, the cadence, and the reporting — not the decisions the engines make, which even they describe as unpredictable.

03

Vanity dashboards

No client portals built to surface impressive-looking metrics nobody acts on. Quarterly reviews are 60 minutes, focused on what's working, what isn't, and what changes next quarter. Plain English. No "engagement velocity score."

04

Mixing legal with general agency work

We only build for law firms. Adding e-commerce and SaaS clients would broaden the funnel and weaken everything we know about the legal market. So we don't. If you're outside the legal industry, we're happy to point you at someone good.

Before you commit

Don't take our word for any of this.

Everything above is a claim. These three are how you check it, in that order: look at what we've shipped, run our tools on our own site, then run them on yours.

01

Check the work before the words

9 law firm sites we designed and built are live in production. No mockups, no concept work, no numbers we can't source. See the work.

02

Check us the way we'd check you

The free tools we built are the same ones we run on our own site: crawler view, schema check, llms.txt, AI-crawler access. Use the tools.

03

Start before you commit to anything

Scan your site in about 20 seconds and get the on-site signals AI engines read, scored. No call, no card. Run the free check.
